Shriya Saran who is well renowned through out India as a south Indian actress is a Virgo sun sign holder astronomically as she was born on September 11th in the year 1982. The place is famous for its scenic locations which are tagged as pilgrimage locations.  Gorgeous faced Shriya Saran was born to Pushpendra and Neeraja Saran who are proud to be the parents of the beauty. Mr. Pushpendra was working in the administrative wing of Bharat Heavy Electrical’s limited and Mrs. Neeraja saran worked as chemistry teacher in the famous Delhi Public school.

Shriya is the only daughter in the household and is pampered a lot in the household. She has an elder brother named Abhiroop who is working in an advertisement firm in Mumbai and is married to Aarti who is a housewife.

Coming to education facts about Shriya Saran, Ms. Saran pursued her school studies from Delhi Public school and then later on pursued her secondary school of studies from LSR College which is in Delhi. She then later on pursued BA literature as she wanted to pursue her graduation from arts field.

But due to the passion to become an actress Shriya left her education studies and took up acting as her profession. After the year 2006, Shriya completed her remaining subjects in BA literature and so was honored with the Bachelor of Arts degree in the same year.

Shriya maintains her best figure due to swimming as she takes it seriously in order to maintain her toned body. She also used to seek yoga and then used to only binge on fruits and vegetables. But from the past few years she is also in taking non-vegetarian and especially sea food to main her glowing skin. Apart from swimming, Shriya also takes up dancing and reading books. She has the ability to make friends and is said to be a very stubborn girl.

When Shriya entered her teenage, Shriya saran caught the passion of  learning Khathak dance and so her parents shifted their base to Delhi in order to make Shriya chase her passion of learning the sacred art of dancing from the famous Khathak guru Shovana Narayana.

Shriya’s day to day swimming lessons as well as her Khathak dance practice makes her to stay fit and fine. Shriya saran made an appearance in the music video which was titled as “Thiraktha Kyon Hawa” which was directed by the creative director Reenu Nathan. Shriya’s Khathak master Shovana recommended her for this video and induced some positive thought into Shriya and said that she can do this video in order to learn different forms of dancing arts. The whole video was captured in the Banaras studio which is said to be a famous studio where almost every famous director and producer sneak into when they need artists for their movies.

Shriya Saran’s Love Life

Shriya Saran was linked to Telugu actor Tarun in her initial stages of her film career. The couple was so close to each other that the whole media and the Telugu industry people thought that the two are going to marry soon. But Shriya Saran cleared the air that Tarun was just her friend and not more than that.

In between the year 2005-2006, Shriya saran was linked to Rajeev Madhavan, but as it was a media created gossip it lived a short life.

During the year 2008 January, a new gossip started that Shriya was in love with a Hollywood star named Jesse Metcalfe. Shriya was roped into an English film which was named as “The other end of the Line” and so as she was jovial with Jesse, the media tagged it as a love connection. But later on after the release of the film, it was revealed that the couple was paid to act as if they were in love before the media in order to get some hype among the public and also to increase the mileage of the film at the box office.

Actress Shriya dealing with Controversies

Stardom is definitely a boon to a youngster and if it is to a girl, then she can make her future bright as she can. But at the same time, controversies start to entangle a star after a certain period after attaining the stardom. Shriya was also dragged into a dressing controversy in the year 2008, when she attended the 175th day celebration of superstar Rajinikanth’s movie “Sivaji –the boss”. The actress was seen dressed up in a low necked creamish white silk gown which revealed her deep neckline and this was found out as objectionable by the “Hindu Makkal Katchi” organization which framed Shriya for wearing objectionable outfit for a public function. Shriya was dragged into the media and was about to be legally embedded.

But Shriya immediately conveyed her apologies in front of the media and gave an explanation to it. She revealed that she was back from a shooting and was given no time to change her costume. So, for this reason she had to attend the film function with the same costume which was used in the movies. The HMK accepted the apology and also warned Shriya as well as other actresses for any such deeds in future.
